Admission Process

Complete the following steps for your student to be considered for admission to The King's Academy.

The first step in the admission process is to attend a tour. CLICK HERE to complete and submit the tour sign up form. If you are a current family, or you have attended the tour in previous years, you do not need to attend another tour.

School records include, but are not limited to, transcripts, standardized test scores, and any individual education placement documentation. Click Here to download the records request form. This form will need to be sent to all of your student's previous schools.

CLICK HERE to submit an online application. Only applications that are complete and contain the above requested information will be processed

A non-refundable application fee of $100 plus a $400 enrollment fee must be submitted for the first child with each application. A non-refundable application fee of $35 plus a $400 enrollment fee must be submitted for each subsequent sibling applying. Please note that the enrollment fee increases to $500 after May 21.

Fees will be collected online upon submission of the admission application. Please be prepared to pay via credit card.

You will be emailed a sign up link for the family interview once your full application is received.

After the interview process, the Admissions Committee will recommend that the School Board approve or decline your family’s admission. You will receive a letter informing you of the School Board’s decision. This letter will outline the following decision:

  • Accepted
  • Conditionally accepted pending testing results
  • Conditionally accepted and placed on the waiting list
  • Not Accepted

Due to the volume of families applying, we will not be able to communicate regarding the status of your enrollment prior to this letter.
