Georgia Certificate of Merit Scholars

Each year the University of Georgia, in conjunction with the State Department of Education, recognize Georgia Certificate of Merit Scholars across the state of Georgia in recognition of outstanding scholastic achievement throughout the first three years of high school. To qualify for this prestigious award, students must rank in the top five percent of their junior class and be enrolled in college preparatory curriculum.  This year, we are proud to announce the following recipients of this honor at our school: Lauren Falkowski, Judah Hirsh, London Nava, and Laurelyn Ostrowidzki. Congratulations!

TKA Alumni Receive KSU Honor

The Distinguished Global Ambassadors (DGA) Program is a selective international leadership program administered under the auspices of the United Nations and offered through the Division of Global Affairs and the newly established CIFAL Atlanta Center at Kennesaw State University. Only ten undergraduate students – one from each of KSU’s ten degree-granting colleges – are nominated for the opportunity to participate in seminars and retreats at KSU, and then travel during Spring Break to train at the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. We are extremely honored to announce that TWO of our graduates from the Class of 2015 have been selected for this recognition! Congratulations to Savannah Winn (College of the Arts) and Jose Rodriguez (Mathematics).  We are humbled and amazed at the success that God is granting so many of our students and graduates.  Congratulations Savannah & Jose!
