SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS

Please note the following fundraising efforts that are underway to support our TKA Campus Continuity Campaign.

AMAZON SMILE: The AmazonSmile Foundation works exactly like Amazon's regular website except that 0.5% of the price of your eligible purchases will be donated to our school. Your participation in the Amazon shoppers program can be a big support to our school. Follow this link to connect your account to our school (identified as Kings Classical Academy, Inc.). Remember to go to smile.amazoncom each time you shop Amazon.

BOX TOPS: Did you know that The King's Academy has raised more than $28,000 in Box Top donations since we started the program in the fall of 2015? To donate just download the Box Tops App in the App Store or Google Play and scan your receipts. Totals are immediately added to the school’s account and you can see the impact your Box Tops are making. If you still have traditional Box Tops at home, just send them into the main office. INK CARTRIDGES: The King's Academy accepts used, empty ink cartridges for recycling on an ongoing basis. Please send these in or drop them by the front desks at either building. These donations will provide cash back to our school.

KROGER PARTNER: If you shop at Kroger, please go to https://www.kroger.com, create an account, and designate The King's Academy as your community partner. Your online account must be tied to your Kroger Card for a portion of your purchase to support TKA.

LUNCH PROGRAM: Students, Faculty, and staff have the opportunity to participate in the Pizza and Chick-Fil-A lunch program. Funds earned from the lunch contribute to the building campaign.

PUBLIX PARTNER: To date we have raised $26,355.11 through the Publix Partner program. Here's how to sign up:

Type in Kings Academy (no "The" and no apostrophe)
Select Kings Academy as your partner, and you can then click on our school profile to see how much we are earning!
When shopping at Publix, you will enter your phone number in the keypad at checkout to connect your sale to our school.

RENT-A-ROCK: TKA has several Rent-A-Rocks for use, and proceeds support our Building Fund. Wish someone Happy Birthday; ask a date to prom; encourage or congratulate your team; whatever the occasion, make a statement with Rent-A-Rock! Order online today.

RESTAURANT SPIRIT DAYS: Occasionally, the school or athletic program partners with a local restaurant to host Spirit Days for our families with a percentage of food sales coming back to our school. These will be noted in the weekly email as they occur.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR: During our Thanksgiving Feasts we will host a Scholastic Book Fair in the foyer of the Fine Arts Academy. This an incredible fundraiser for our school that gives right back to our teachers!

SCHOOL SPIRIT STORE: Three times a year, TKA opens an online Spirit Store for families to purchase TKA and Knights related clothing and accessories.

SHOPPING BOSS: Shopping boss is a cash back program that also serves as a fundraising effort for the school. For those who participate, we hope you remember to enjoy the cash back bonus at many local and on-line retailers, including 9% cash back on Lands' End online and catalog purchases.

SPIRIT DAYS: K-12 students have a monthly Spirit Day. For $1, students can wear jeans with their school spirit shirts. This money directly supports the building fund. Spirit Days are held on the Wednesday & Friday of the last full week of school each month.

YEAR END GIVING: Many companies and organizations encourage constituents to give near the end of the year for tax-planning purposes. Since donations to our school are tax-deductible, we greatly appreciate any such designations made on our behalf.
