How to Apply

The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. If you have been part of The King's Academy in the past, please contact us first as you may not need to fill out another application.

When to Apply

Applications for the 2018-2019 school year will be accepted starting November 1, 2017.

Completed applications (official school records, transcript and fees) submitted between November 1 and March 1 will receive decision letters by April 30. Parents who currently homeschool are required to submit the most recent standardized test scores, a transcript of courses taken with final grades and immunization records (or letter of exemption) for each applicant, plus records from previous public or private schools, if applicable.

*Mid-Semester enrollment is open to K – 7th grade students exclusively.

Applications submitted between March 2 and June 14 will be processed if spots are available. Fees accompanied by official school records from previous school(s) or homeschool must be received in accordance with the posted deadlines. Applications received after March 2 must include personal phone number for academic reference so that contact may be made during the summer.

For applications received after June 14, students in grades K through 7 may begin at the second grading period (mid-October) or January (second semester).  Students in grades 8 through 12 will be processed for a second semester start date due to accredited classes already in progress.

The application must be completed and fees and records received before admission can be determined. A non-refundable application fee of $95 + a $300 registration fee must be submitted for the first child with each application within 4 days of application submission. A non-refundable application fee of $20 + a $300 registration fee must be submitted for each subsequent sibling applying. Records must all be received within 4 days of application submission in order for the submission date to be the processing date.  If either fees or records are not received within this time frame, the date of submission will be changed to the date the missing component is received. The registration fee is non-refundable unless it is determined we are not the best fit for your student or a spot is not available. A shorter version of our application is available to siblings of current families only. Please do not complete a sibling application if you do not currently have a student at The King's Academy.
