How to Apply

The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. If you have been part of The King's Academy in the past, please contact us first as you may not need to fill out another application.

When to Apply

Applications for the 2017-2018 school year will be accepted starting November 1, 2016.

Applications submitted between November 1 and March 1 will receive letters of enrollment processed by April 30th.

Applications submitted between March 2 and June 14 will be processed if spots are available and will receive letters of enrollment processed by July 30, only if a complete application with fees and school records are received in a timely fashion. Registration fees are only necessary for grades in which there is an opening. Submitting the application fee will place your student on a waitinglist for grade with a waiting list. 

Applications submitted between May 15 and July 15 must include personal phone number for academic reference, so that contact may be made during the summer.

Applications submitted after June 16th will not be guaranteed a fall start date.  After school has started through September 15, applications will be accepted if there are grade specific openings.  Students in grades K through 7 may begin at the second grading period (mid October) or January (second semester).  Students in grades 8 through 12 will be processed for a second semester start date due to accredited classes.

The application must be completed and fees and records received before admission can be determined.  A non-refundable application fee of $95 + a $300 registration fee must be submitted for the first child with each application within 4 days of application submission. A non-refundable application fee of $20 + a $300 registration fee must be submitted for each subsequent sibling applying. Records must all be received within 4 days of application submission in order for the submission date to be the processing date.  If either fees or records are not received within this time frame, the date of submission will be changed to the date the missing component is received. The registration fee is non-refundable unless we determine we are not the best fit for your student or a spot is not available. A shorter version of our application is available to siblings of current families only. Please do not complete a sibling application if you do not currently have a student at The King's Academy.
